Job summary

Vention in Krakow, Poland is seeking a Business Analyst to join our IT team. You will actively contribute across the project lifecycle, participate in pre-sales, and help translate client needs into actionable requirements.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of IT BA experience, strong documentation skills, and excellent English. You will collaborate with clients and internal teams, producing clear specifications and prototypes.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of hands-on experience as a Business Analyst in the IT industry.
• Strong passion for Business Analysis and a drive for growth.
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher with client-facing experience.
• Proven ability to produce comprehensive product documentation, including requirements and specifications.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with ability to influence stakeholders.
