Job summary

b2bnetwork is seeking a skilled analyst/architect to elicit, translate, and document requirements for complex data-driven banking solutions. You will collaborate with product owners and stakeholders, map data, design solutions, and shape the architecture with focus on maintainability and scalability.

You will drive quantitative analyses, work with Snowflake, Dbt, and SQL, and promote AI-enabled ways of working across teams while communicating effectively in English with international partners.

Qualifications

• Knowledge and hands-on experience in the banking industry.
• Understanding of requirement elicitation techniques and analysis.
• Expertise in translating business requirements into functional/non-functional specs.
• Experience with AI (Copilot, LLM, agentic solutions) and driving AI-enabled workflows.
• Excellent SQL skills (Snowflake, MSSQL).
• Excellent written and spoken English and international collaboration experience.
• Experience with Snowflake and Dbt.
• Understanding of domain-driven design, event-sourcing, microservices, and clean code.
• Experience with scalable data products and enabling data-driven users.

Detailed description of work task to be carried out

• Eliciting requirements (functional and non-functional) by collaborating with different stakeholders in a complex environment. Our vision is to go beyond requirements and understand purpose
• Interacting with product owners and stakeholders to clarify, elicit, and translate requirements into implementation specifications
  Communicating effectively both orally and in writing to align the wide range of stakeholders on shared objectives
• Data mapping, data modeling and solution design
• Contributing to solution design, maintainability, and architecture of applications
• Performing quantitative data analysis to understand identified issues, and explaining implications and recommending solutions
• Collaborating with developers and test engineers
• Engaging with many different stakeholders. The person we are looking for is communicative and has skills to build relationships
• Taking responsibility for requirements documentation (including use cases) and quality improvement
• Accessing complex and distributed datasets and performing statistical analysis
