Job summary

Britenet in Warszawa is seeking a Senior Business Analyst with 8+ years in IT and 5+ years as a BA to lead requirements, modelling, and lifecycle activities for enterprise systems. You will work with large development teams and support HR, finance, assets, and grants modules.

The role emphasizes process modelling (BPMN/UML), data analysis with SQL, and strong communication. Flexible/hybrid work arrangements are offered in Poland.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years in IT with 5 years as a Business Analyst.
• At least 3 years as a BA for a large system with a development team of 10+ developers.
• Through the complete lifecycle of a software solution.
• At least 2 certifications among CBAP or equivalents.
• Experience in BA activities for enterprise information systems supporting HR, assets, finance and grants.
• Experience in system integrations and data platforms.
• Knowledge of BPMN/UML notation and requirements elicitation.
• Proficiency in modelling with UML diagrams.
• Familiarity with SQL and data analysis techniques.
• Strong analytical, communication and problem-solving skills.
• English C1 level.

• Min 8 years of IT work experience, 5 years as Business Analyst.
• At least 3 years of experience as a BA of a large system working with a development team with more than 10 developers.
• Has gone at least 1 time through the complete lifecycle of the software solution.
• At least 2 certifications among: Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) or equivalent, Certified UML Professional certificate at foundation level or BPM 2 fundamental level or equivalent, or equivalent certifications recognized internationally.
• Solid previous experience in business analysis activities for enterprise information systems supporting human resource and asset management, financial processes and grant agreements management.
• Previous experience in business analysis in projects related to integrations between systems and data platforms.
• Knowledge in business processes modelling using BPMN notation, requirements/user stories elicitation and analysis.
• Knows analysis/modelling notations like UML (capability diagram, activity diagram, state diagram, logical data model etc.).
• Is proficient in using modelling tools like Sparx Enterprise Architect, Aris Architect or others.
• Demonstrated familiarity with SQL and data analysis techniques.
• Holds ability to create and maintain analytical and project documentation effectively.
• Presents excellent analytical, communication, and problem solving skills.
• English language proficiency at C1 level (certificate welcome).
