Job summary

Jobtailor in Kraków is seeking a data and analytics professional to partner with Operations, Compliance, Technology, and Data & AI teams to identify opportunities for productivity and process improvements. You will gather and document business requirements for data, reporting, and workforce management while supporting Power BI dashboard development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Business, Engineering, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or related field (preferred).
• Experience documenting business requirements, user stories, and process workflows.
• Experience with Power BI, reporting solutions, or BI platforms.
• Experience in regulated/compliance-driven environments.
• Knowledge of AI/Generative AI, ML, or AI governance frameworks.

• Gather and document requirements for Workforce Management capabilities (Forecasting, Scheduling, Time & Attendance, Performance Analytics, E‑Self-Service, Compliance & Risk)
• Support AI governance and compliance activities, including documentation, controls, and audit requirements
• Facilitate workshops, stakeholder discussions, user testing, and adoption activities
• Translate business challenges into scalable data, reporting, and technology solutions
• Support implementation of strategic workforce management, telephony, and operational performance initiatives
• Facilitate workshops, process reviews, and requirements discussions
• Support UAT, solution adoption, and change management activities

• Experience as a Business Analyst, Process Analyst, Product Analyst, or similar role
• Experience with Power BI, reporting solutions, or business intelligence platforms
• Understanding of data governance, data quality, and analytics concepts
• Exposure to Artificial Intelligence, Generative AI, machine learning, or AI governance frameworks
• Experience working within regulated or compliance-driven environments
• Familiarity with Agile delivery methodologies
• Experience within logistics, transportation, customs clearance, or international trade is an advantage
• Business Analysis certification (CBAP, PMI-PBA, IIBA, or equivalent) is a plus
