Job summary

PerkinElmer in Kraków seeks a detail-oriented data administration professional to support lifecycle management of laboratory equipment. The role sits in the account/operations team, with hybrid work in Quattro Business Park and a fixed-term contract through February 2028.

Key tasks include SAP-based work order handling, data export, and synchronization between client and PE systems, plus updating equipment records. Previous SAP experience and data admin skills are valued.

Qualifications

• Strong IT skills with common Office applications.
• Conscientious and pragmatic approach to tasks.
• Experience with SAP is preferred.
• Experience in data administration operations is a plus.
• Familiarity with laboratory equipment and labs is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Create SAP notifications and work orders from customer requests.
• Close SAP work orders and notifications after completion and attach service reports.
• Export SAP work orders and balance open orders across systems.
• Run Alteryx workflows to sync client and PE systems.
• Push equipment data changes to PE systems and keep records updated.
