Nordic Premium Airline SAS seeks a Travel Advisor fluent in Danish and English to handle premium customer inquiries, assist with ticket purchases, and resolve travel issues from our Warsaw office.

You will build trust with customers, listen actively, and maintain accuracy while guiding conversations and payments. The role offers an immersive two-month training, an international and diverse environment, and ongoing coaching.

Qualifications

• Fluent in written and spoken Danish (C1) and English (B2).
• Naturally helpful and collaborative spirit.

• Active listener and able to communicate clearly and with ease.
• Sharp eye for accuracy and precision.
• Highly organized.
• Available to work from our office in Warsaw.

Responsibilities

• Be the 1st point of contact for premium travel inquiries of customers.
• Help in purchasing airline tickets and handling different payment methods.
• Support customers with travel difficulties.
• Assist passengers via calls /chat.
• Foster enduring relationships with customers for building trust.
