Responsibilities

• Deliver professional support for the client's products and services.
• Master and utilize CRM software, ticketing systems, and other customer service tools.
• Engage customers through phone, email and chat.
• Resolve inquiries within SLAs using knowledge base and protocols.
• Meet or exceed performance goals for call handling time, first-call resolution, and CSAT.
• Collaborate with team and contribute to the knowledge base.
• Participate in ongoing training and stay updated on product knowledge.
