Job summary

Jobtailor in Poland is seeking a detail-oriented DA Services Specialist to support end-to-end data approval workflows. You will perform quality checks, monitor DA items in Optic, and ensure timely dispatch and accurate status updates while collaborating with vendors and customers.

Qualifications

• Good understanding of DA processes, quality checks, and vendor invoices workflow.
• Knowledge of Optic and DA standards.
• Experience processing and reviewing standard DA cases end-to-end.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office and business communication tools.
• Ability to handle DA processes independently.
• Strong accuracy and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently on standard cases.
• Ability to resolve standard issues.
• Effective communication.
• Ability to prioritize and manage workload.
• Valid Right to Work documentation depending upon geographical location.
• Satisfactory references.

Responsibilities

• Support DA Services by performing standard job-level and DA-level quality checks.
• Monitor jobs in Optic.
• Prepare, review, and issue standard DAs end-to-end in the DA system.
• Conduct quality checks on DA drafts prior to dispatch.
• Monitor DA status daily and ensure timely submission and closure.
• Dispatch DAs via defined channels according to dispatch modes.
• Log customer queries or disputes and escalate unresolved cases.
• Respond to standard customer queries related to issued DAs.
• Cooperate with LPA to clarify issues and resolve discrepancies.
• Ensure data accuracy and correct DA status in the system.
• Participate in process improvements and knowledge sharing.
• Perform other tasks as assigned.
