Job summary

Wilhelmsen in Szczecin is seeking a detail-oriented invoice processor to join our global finance team. You will enter invoices for services, verify data accuracy, and prepare reports and consolidated client invoices in line with KPIs.

Work is hybrid after a short onboarding period, with an opportunity to collaborate with shipping agents and finance colleagues around the world while improving processes and building international relationships.

Qualifications

• English requirement at least B2 level.
• Experience with data entry and document analysis.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Team player with proactive attitude and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Enter invoices into the system for services rendered, including amount, currency, tax, subcontractor, and service type.
• Verify accuracy and completeness of data in received invoices.
• Prepare weekly control reports identifying missing invoices and distribute them to local shipping agencies.
• Prepare and distribute consolidated customer invoices for completed services, updating data in customer systems per KPIs.
• Collaborate with shipping agents and finance teams across the globe.

Support us with:

• Enter invoices into the system related to services delivered for our customers (ship owners), including details such as amount, currency, tax, subcontractor, and service type
• Verify the accuracy and completeness of data included in received invoices
• Prepare weekly control reports identifying missing invoices and distribute them to local shipping agencies
• Prepare and distribute consolidated customer invoices for completed services, while updating data in customer systems in line with defined KPIs
• Collaborate with shipping agents and finance teams located across the globe
