Wilhelmsen group in Szczecin, Poland is seeking a detail-oriented finance professional to support invoicing and data verification for our global customers. You will ensure invoices are accurate, complete, and aligned with defined KPIs.

You will collaborate with shipping agents and finance teams worldwide, handling data with precision in a hybrid work environment after an initial trial period.

Support us with:

• Enter invoices into the system related to services delivered for our customers (ship owners), including details such as amount, currency, tax, subcontractor, and service type

• Verify the accuracy and completeness of data included in received invoices

• Prepare weekly control reports identifying missing invoices and distribute them to local shipping agencies

• Prepare and distribute consolidated customer invoices for completed services, while updating data in customer systems in line with defined KPIs

• Collaborate with shipping agents and finance teams located across the globe

You will thrive in this role if you:

• Have a good command of English (minimum B2 level), enabling you to perform daily tasks and build relationships with colleagues and partners from around the world
