Avon is seeking a Cyber Security Network Engineer Lead to own the security of Avon's global network across on-premise and cloud environments. You will design, implement, and maintain robust security controls while coordinating with IT and security teams to stay ahead of evolving threats.

The role focuses on securing networks, cloud platforms (AWS/Azure), and automating security processes. You will collaborate cross-functionally to improve security posture and incident response capabilities.

Competenze

• Proven experience in network security engineering within enterprise environments.
• Strong knowledge of network infrastructure, firewalls, VPNs, and security protocols.
• Experience with threat detection tools such as IDS/IPS and SIEM platforms.
• Understanding of cloud security in AWS and/or Azure environments.
• Proficiency in scripting and automation tools.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.

What you'll be doing

As a Cyber Security Network Engineer Lead, you will take ownership of securing Avon's global network infrastructure across both on-premise and cloud environments. You'll design, implement, and maintain robust network security solutions that protect critical systems, data, and operations. Working closely with IT and security teams, you will ensure our networks are resilient against evolving threats while continuously improving controls, processes, and technologies to support a secure and scalable digital environment.
