PwC Polska is seeking a Cybersecurity Managed Services Senior Manager (Service Delivery Management) to lead the evolution of PwC’s cyber managed services, shaping scalable operating models and ensuring delivery excellence across regions. You will collaborate with tower leads, delivery teams and alliances to drive modernization and measurable improvements.

The role requires proven leadership of large, cross-functional teams, with strong English communication.

Qualifications

• Proven experience building and operating Cyber Managed Services at scale.
• Strong knowledge of managed-service operating models and governance.
• Experience in cyber domains such as SOC, MDR, vulnerability management, identity or cloud security.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and operate in international environments.

• Lead design, build and improvement of scalable Cyber Managed Services operating models.
• Drive standardization of service components, governance, service management and quality controls.

We are looking for:

Cybersecurity Managed Services Senior Manager (Service Delivery Management)

You will lead the evolution of PwC’s Cyber Managed Services capability by shaping service models, scaling delivery, improving quality and ensuring our offerings remain relevant, modern and operationally effective. You will work across cyber tower leads, delivery organizations, alliances and regional stakeholders to translate strategy into repeatable, market-ready services that can be delivered consistently across clients and geographies.

Your future role

• Lead the design, build and continuous improvement of scalable Cyber Managed Services operating models,
• Drive standardization of service components, governance, service management and quality controls,
• Build repeatable transition and onboarding approaches ensuring stable operations and continuous improvement,
• Shape delivery models balancing global and regional capabilities, automation, talent and tooling,
• Collaborate with solution, sales and alliance teams to ensure offerings are both commercially viable and deliverable at scale,
• Improve service performance through KPI/SLA governance, issue resolution and service optimization,
• Identify modernization opportunities leveraging automation, AI and platform integration,
• Coach delivery leaders and strengthen internal capabilities,
• Support major pursuits by validating delivery feasibility and operating models,
• Deliver measurable improvements in service quality, stability and operational efficiency across managed-service engagements,
• Increase standardization and reusability of services through defined frameworks, accelerators and automation,
• Ensure consistent achievement of service KPIs and SLAs across clients and geographies,
• Improve onboarding timelines and transition success rates for new managed-service engagements,
• Drive continuous service improvement through structured governance, performance tracking and issue resolution.

Apply if you have:

• Proven experience building and operating Cyber Managed Services at scale,
• Strong knowledge of managed-service operating models, governance, transition and service improvement practices,
• Experience in cyber domains such as SOC, MDR, vulnerability management, identity or cloud security,
• Ability to industrialize services and create repeatable delivery components,
• Understanding of the interplay between people, processes, technology and commercial viability,
• Experience leading cross-functional teams (delivery, engineering, service management, operations),
• Ability to operate in complex international environments,
• Strong communication and leadership skills in English.

Nice to have

• Experience scaling managed cyber services within consulting, MSSP or enterprise environments,
• Experience transforming delivery into standardized operating models,
• Exposure to cross-border delivery models across CEE / EMEA.
