Job summary

PwC Polska is seeking a Senior Cloud Delivery Manager to lead cloud-based programs and guide cross-functional teams through delivery, ensuring timely, on-budget outcomes. You will identify new business opportunities within client accounts and collaborate with sales to craft compelling proposals for clients.

The role emphasizes stakeholder management, strong client relationships, and mentoring a diverse team while contributing to PwC's cloud strategy and staying ahead of cloud technology trends.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in cloud delivery management and business development.
• Proven track record of delivering large-scale complex cloud projects in a consulting environment with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of cloud technologies, platforms and software engineering (data & AI will be an advantage).
• Proactively sought new business opportunities by understanding market trends and client needs related to cloud services.
• Experience in cultivating strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Expertise in identifying opportunities to offer additional services or solutions to existing clients.
• Experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams to create compelling proposals for clients.
• Presentations and pitches customization skills aligned with client requirements.
• Expertise in leading negotiations with clients to finalize contracts and agreements, ensuring favorable terms.

Responsibilities

• Leading the successful delivery of cloud-based programs and projects on time, within scope and budget.
• Developing detailed project plans with scope, milestones, deliverables, timelines, resources and risk management.
• Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within client accounts.
• Collaborating with sales and marketing to develop proposals and presentations for prospective clients.
• Maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders to drive growth.
• Serving as the primary client contact during project delivery and ensuring high customer satisfaction.
• Managing client expectations and addressing issues proactively.
• Leading and mentoring a team of project managers, consultants and technical staff.
• Contributing to development and execution of PwC's cloud strategy.
• Staying updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to provide strategic guidance.
