Job summary

Axendi seeks a dedicated professional to combine advisory on technology-enabled transformation with achieving business objectives. You will support growth, drive change across the organization, and act as a credible advisor to clients, communicating with operations and senior stakeholders.

You will shape processes, implement improvements, and lead cross-functional initiatives in CX, BPO, AI, and automation, with a focus on delivering measurable business impact.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of relevant experience.
• Hands-on experience in at least one key related area.
• Advanced IT/technical skills.
• Knowledge of written and oral English at a C1 level.
• Lean / Lean Six Sigma certification.

Responsibilities

• Supports the development, shaping, mapping, and designing of processes.
• Implement measurable improvements across operations.
• Drive operational excellence, change, and project management initiatives.
• Work with AI & Technology to integrate modern solutions.
• Provide CX and process expertise.
• Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
• Contribute to and support business proposals and development.
