Job summary

Genesys is seeking a Senior AI Solution Architect to drive strategic AI opportunities with customers and sales teams, while shaping product direction.

You will design end-to-end AI systems for CX use cases, architect production-ready solutions, and optimize prompt design, data context, and governance.

This role requires executive storytelling, strong English and Polish, and the ability to translate complex AI capabilities into business value.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience designing AI solutions for CX orchestration and contact center use cases.
• Ability to trade off latency, cost, governance, and multilingual requirements.
• Strong ability to translate AI architectures into business value for executives.

Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end AI systems for customer experience use cases.
• Architect reliable, production-ready AI solutions combining LLMs and orchestration layers.
• Define AI interactions across self-service, agent copilots, and journey management.
• Optimize retrieval-augmented generation and knowledge architectures.
• Ground AI responses in enterprise data with scalable knowledge strategies.
• Develop content structuring, embedding, and ranking for accuracy and freshness.
• Partner with customers to align AI outputs with trusted sources and governance.
• Establish AI evaluation frameworks and business-relevant success metrics.
• Translate metrics into customer decision-making and adoption impact.
• Engineer contextual AI experiences using real-time data and context.
