Job summary

DSV in Warszawa is seeking a Customs Administration Specialist to support our international European customers. You will collect and verify necessary customs and tax information, prepare and submit documents to customs authorities, and ensure smooth circulation and archiving of records within the DSV International Shared Service Center.

The ideal candidate is fluent in English, holds a Transport/Logistics or Administration degree, and can work under tight deadlines.

Qualifications

• Fluent English is required.
• Graduate in Transport/Logistics or Administration.
• Experience in a similar role is a plus.
• Ability to work under time pressure.
• Knowledge of basic Excel formulas.
• Seeking challenges and skill development.
• Looking to contribute to a friendly atmosphere.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior service in customs administration for international European customers.

• Prepare and provide documents to customs authorities.

Your responsibilities:

• Providing superior service in the field of customs administration for the DSV Group international customers in Europe.
• Playing a key role in the process of collecting and verifying the necessary information of customs and tax.
• Preparing and providing the required documents to the customs authorities.
• Ensuring proper circulation of documents and archiving data. Working with departments and DSV customers within DSV International Shared Service Center.

Our requirements:

• Speak English fluently,
• Are a graduate of Transport/Logistics or Administration,
• Have experience in a similar role (it is a plus)
• Are a person who knows how to work under time pressure,
• Know how to use basic Excel formulas,
• Look for challenges and skills development,
• Would like to work in a friendly atmosphere and create it with us.
