Job summary

DSV – Global Transport and Logistics in Poland is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Specialist for our domestic road freight operations. You will deliver high-quality service, handle inquiries by email and phone, and ensure information is complete and accurate.

Join a fast-moving team and work with process KPIs, contributing to continuous improvement. We value proactive problem solving, strong communication, and a customer-oriented mindset to support our growing logistics network.
