A leading logistics company in Poland is looking for a skilled HR Specialist to lead the customs administration team. Responsibilities include managing daily operations, delivering on service agreements, maintaining process documentation, and coordinating tasks with team members. Candidates should have at least 2 years of experience, strong communication skills, and knowledge of the customs industry. Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position.
• Knowledge of English at least at level B2/C1.
• Good understanding of change management.
• Knowledge of customs and TSL industry.
• English knowledge at least B2/C1.
• Ability to engage and motivate direct reports.
• Knowledge of Lean methodology is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations of customs administration team.
• Manage Service Level Agreements within managed service area.
• Create and maintain process documentation.
• Participate in budget plans.
• Creating and maintaining cooperation with other teams and branches.
• Acting as a point of contact for problems and escalations.
• Managing performance and efficiency of the team based on analyses and reports.
• Creating and maintaining process documentation.
• Participating in budget plans.
