Job summary

Huntsman Corp in Krakow, Poland is seeking a Supply Network Coordinator – Elastomers for a 6-month project to join our EAME Supply Chain team. Based at Huntsman Global Business Services, you will coordinate and optimize flow across the supply network.

You will work with Supply Planning, Logistics, Customer Service, and production sites to ensure efficient operations, maintain customer service levels, and support NPI and network optimization initiatives.

Qualifications

• Experience in transport planning, logistics, purchasing or distribution operations.
• Strong administrative and organizational skills.
• Fluent English; German or Italian language skills are a strong advantage.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate supply network between Huntsman sites and downstream entities in the EAME region.
• Ensure efficient allocation and replenishment balancing service levels and inventory targets.
• Align supply plans with demand forecasts, sales orders and production capabilities.
• Monitor supply flows and resolve bottlenecks or disruptions.
• Act as the main contact between Supply Planning & Logistics, CS, Account Managers, and downstream production entities.
• Facilitate clear communication to align priorities and requirements.
• Support escalation management and resolve supply-related issues.
• Assist with network optimization, distribution flow improvements, stocking strategy changes.
• Assist New Product Introduction (NPI) and supply chain implementation.

Role Overview

At Huntsman, we are looking for a Supply Network Coordinator - Elastomers to join our EAME Supply Chain team based in Krakow. This is an exciting opportunity for a supply chain professional who enjoys working in a dynamic, international environment where priorities can change quickly and collaboration is key. In this role, you will coordinate and optimize the flow of goods across Huntsman's supply network and downstream entities within the footwear and elastomers portfolio. You will work closely with Supply Planning, Logistics, Customer Service, Account Managers, and production sites to ensure an efficient supply chain operation while maintaining excellent customer service levels.

Role Responsibilities

• Coordinating the supply network between Huntsman production sites and downstream entities across the EAME region.
• Ensuring efficient product allocation and replenishment while balancing customer service levels and inventory targets.
• Aligning supply plans with demand forecasts, sales orders, and production capabilities.

Working Conditions

• Full-time position (Monday to Friday).
• Flexible working hours, ideally starting between 07:00 and 10:00.
• Hybrid working model: up to 2 days per week working from home following onboarding and manager approval.
• Based at Huntsman Global Business Services in Krakow.
• 6-month project assignment.
