Job summary

DATA MODUL is seeking a Customer Success Manager (Customer Supply Chain Manager) in Lublin to be the dedicated contact for a key customer. You will ensure timely delivery, accurate quantities and complete documentation while planning ahead for future needs.

You will coordinate with internal logistics, track order status, and collaborate with KAM, production planning and purchasing to forecast demand for new projects and translate it into materials.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in B2B customer service, production planning, logistics or supply chain
• Experience with international customers, including the German market
• Higher education in logistics, management, economics, production engineering, electronics or related

Responsibilities

• Be the single, dedicated point of contact for one of our key customers and ensure ordered products arrive on time, in the right quantity, with complete documentation
• Communicate with the customer on deadlines and order status, and respond quickly to changes
• Organize transport with internal logistics and monitor delivery punctuality, acting early on delay risks
• Participate in S&OP with the Key Account Manager, Production Planning, Purchasing and the customer to plan demand and translate into components and raw materials

To strengthen our Data Modul team at our location in Lublin, we are looking for you at the earliest possible date as a Customer Success Manager (Customer Supply Chain Manager(m/f/d).

Your responsibilities:

About the role
Be the single, dedicated point of contact for one of our key customers. You make sure ordered products arrive on time, in the right quantity and with complete documentation, and you plan ahead for what the customer will need in the coming months.

• Receive and confirm customer orders (samples, series production, forecasts) and manage each one from receipt until the waybill is issued
• Communicate with the customer on deadlines and order status, and respond quickly to changes
• Organize transport with internal logistics and monitor delivery punctuality, acting early on delay risks
• Take part in S&OP together with the Key Account Manager, Production Planning, Purchasing and the customer: plan demand for new projects and translate it into components and raw materials, analyze historical consumption to forecast needs for products already in production

Our requirements:

Experience and education

• Higher education (logistics, management, economics, production engineering, electronics or related)
• 3-5 years in B2B customer service, production planning, logistics or supply chain, preferably in electronics or manufacturing
• Experience with international customers, including the German market

Skills:

• Practical knowledge of ERP systems, S&OP, and MRP/MPS planning
• Very good Excel (pivot tables, lookups, modeling); Power BI or similar is an advantage
• Understanding of the electronics supply chain: long lead times, shortages, EOL/PCN, MOQ, and the impact of ECNs on planning
• Good communication skills in English and German
