DATA MODUL, located in Lublin, seeks a Management Assistant to support the management team in operational, conceptual and strategic tasks. You will prepare board presentations, analyze data, and coordinate cross-department projects to improve processes at production facilities.

Qualifications

• Completed degree in economics or comparable qualification.
• Quick learning ability and structured, results-oriented approach.
• Strong teamwork, organizational skills and hands-on mindset.
• Knowledge of project management principles.
• Interest in digital solutions; proficient use of MS Office and strong Excel skills.
• Negotiation skills and discretion/integrity are essential.
• Very good command of English, both spoken and written.
• Willingness to travel abroad; knowledge of German is a plus.

To strengthen our Management team at our location in Lublin, we are looking for you at the earliest possible date as a Management Assistant (m/f/d).

Your responsibilities:

• Supporting management in operational, conceptual, and strategic tasks
• Preparing presentations for the board and key meetings
• Researching, analyzing, and processing data to support management decision-making
• Independently handling and coordinating cross-departmental projects, working closely with our management team
• Supporting the implementation, control, and improvement of processes and products at our production facilities
• Acting as a liaison between various specialist departments to optimize key internal processes

Our requirements:

• A completed degree in economics or a comparable qualification
• Quick learning ability, assertiveness, and a structured, results-oriented way of working
• Strong teamwork skills, organizational abilities, and a hands-on approach
• Knowledge of project management principles
• Interest in and experience with digital solutions, plus proficient use of MS Office, professional excell skills,
• Negotiation skills
• Absolute discretion and integrity, as well as loyalty and reliability
• Very good command of English, both spoken and written
• Willingness to travel abroad
• Knowledge of German will be an additional asset.
