You will handle inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and foster lasting customer relationships while maintaining service excellence. The role requires at least one year in an international contact centre, strong communication, and the ability to multi-task in a dynamic environment.
Provide a high standard of customer service through professional and efficient communication.
Communicate with customers clearly and confidently in Slovak and, when necessary, in English.
Address customer issues and concerns while effectively managing and de-escalating difficult situations.
Identify and troubleshoot problems, using technical knowledge to deliver suitable solutions.
Develop and maintain positive, long-term relationships with customers, ensuring a high-quality customer experience.
Handle multiple customer interactions simultaneously and effectively prioritize incoming requests.
Make appropriate and informed decisions to ensure customer issues are resolved efficiently and within the required timeframe.
Remain flexible and adjust to changing business priorities and evolving customer needs.
You are fluent in Slovak at a C1 level.
You have a minimum of one year of experience working in an international contact centre environment.
You have strong written and verbal communication skills, with excellent listening and comprehension abilities.
You are customer-focused, with the ability to handle difficult interactions and effectively calm frustrated customers.
You have strong analytical and problem-solving abilities and are comfortable working independently and making objective decisions.
You are committed to providing an excellent customer experience and developing long-term relationships with customers.
You are able to handle several tasks at once, while effectively organizing and prioritizing customer requests and issues.
You have solid technical knowledge and troubleshooting capabilities, are confident using Excel and Microsoft Office, hold a university degree, and are comfortable adapting to a dynamic and constantly changing work environment.
