3Shape in Szczecin is seeking a Junior Specialist, Sales Operations to join the Sales Operations Department and manage orders and distributor requests.

You will create sales orders, manage software subscriptions, and maintain customer communications while supporting global dealers. A strong command of English and Excel is essential, with ERP familiarity preferred. Office environment in Szczecin offers a vibrant, international team.

Qualifications

• Fluent English in speech and writing is essential.
• Other languages are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Create sales orders for customers and handle purchase orders.
• Create and maintain software subscriptions.
• Manage correspondence between the sales team and clients.
• Monitor customer accounts.
• Provide data and reports to help the sales team.
• Intensive communication with dealers worldwide via phone, email, or other channels.
• Support Customers across the globe; expect shift-based schedule between 7:00 and 18:00.

Your Profile

• Fluent English, both verbally and in writing (essential condition).
• Any other language (would be an advantage).
• Organized, flexible, communicative, having analytical skills.
• You pay attention to details together with an analytical way of thinking.
• Good at Microsoft Excel.
• Familiarity with ERP systems (i.e. Microsoft Dynamics AX) will be an advantage.

Your Responsibilities

• Creating sales orders for customers and handling purchase orders.
• Creating and maintaining software subscriptions.
• Managing the correspondence between the sales team and their clients.
• Monitoring customer accounts.
• Providing data and reports to help the sales team.
• Intensive communication with dealers around the world, via phone, e-mail, or other available communication channels.
• As you will be responsible for supporting our Customers across the whole Globe, please expect shift-based schedule, between 7:0 and 18:00.
