Randstad Polska Sp. z o.o. in Warsaw is seeking Turkish-speaking professionals (B2+ English) to join our client’s Customer Operations Hub. You will be the primary contact for B2B partners, nurturing relationships and ensuring smooth order flows.

• Be the main contact for B2B customers and manage relationships.

The one key requirement: This role is all about building relationships with partners. You'll need to be fluent in Turkish (minimum B2 level)and also comfortable usingEnglishfor team communication.

What will your tasks involve?

• be the main contact for B2B customers(we're talking big companies that buy our client's products),
• handle the entire customer journey.You'll check their future orders (forecasts), process their current orders, and work with the logistics team to make sure everything gets delivered on time.
• be a problem-solver.If a customer has a question or an issue, you’re the one they’ll call. You’ll be the detective who finds the solution and works with other teams (like sales or supply) to get it fixed fast.
• build relationships.Your main goal is to make the customer experience amazing and build strong, positive connections.
• use modern tools. You’ll have a whole ecosystem of digital tools to help you get your job done.

What we expect from you?
