Biopharma Careers in Wroclaw is seeking a Customer Support Representative to be the primary contact for customers, handling inquiries by phone, email, and web with professionalism and care.

You will own the full order cycle, from order entry and status follow-up to resolving shipping issues and providing timely documentation, in a dynamic international team. This role is based in the local office with a hybrid model after onboarding and standard hours 8:00–17:30 CET.

Qualifications

• Excellent command of English is essential; other European languages encouraged.
• Ability to multitask and maintain accuracy under pressure.
• Strong ownership of customer interactions and service quality.

Responsibilities

• Be the primary contact for customers via phone, email, and web with professionalism.
• Own the full order cycle: entry, status follow-up, shipping issues, and documentation.
• Collaborate with Commercial, Finance and Distribution teams to ensure seamless interactions.

Work model:

5 days per week from office in Wroclaw for onboarding and initial collaboration, after which a hybrid model will be followed.

YOUR ROLE:

In your role as a Customer Support Representative, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, handling inquiries through phone, email, and web with professionalism and care. You will take ownership of the full order cycle, from order entry and status follow-up to resolving shipping issues and providing timely documentation, all within a dynamic, international team environment.

Working closely with our Commercial, Finance and Distribution teams, you’ll ensure every interaction is seamless. This is a fantastic opportunity to grow your career while mastering diverse skills sets in a dynamic, collaborative international environment. This role is based in our local office with standard contact center hours from 8:00 am to 5:30 pm CET.

WHO YOU ARE:

• Excellent command of English is essential, other European languages encouraged
• A focus on producing accurate, high-quality work and take full ownership of each customer interaction
• Proactive problem-solver with the ability to multitask effectively.
• Highly organized, motivated, and able to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to quickly learn and master digital tools and ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle or Salesforce.
