KION Business Services Polska poszukuje Junior Specialist ds. obsługi back office sprzedaży na zastępstwo macierzyńskie. Będziesz przygotowywać zamówienia w SAP, wystawiać faktury i wspierać procesy umów w CRM. Dołączysz do zespołu obsługi klienta, pracując w trybie hybrydowym krakowskim biurze.

Wymagana jest dobra organizacja, komunikatywność i podstawy SAP/CRM, znajomość angielskiego; dodatkowo mile widziana znajomość hiszpańskiego. Oferujemy szkolenia, opiekę medyczną i atrakcyjne benefity.

Qualifications

• Doskonałe umiejętności interpersonalne i organizacyjne.
• Znajomość pakietu Microsoft Office; SAP Finance będzie dodatkowym atutem.
• Dobra znajomość języka angielskiego, znajomość hiszpańskiego będzie atutem.
• Proaktywne podejście i nastawienie na ciągłe doskonalenie.
• Umiejętność pracy w zespole i cross-kulturowa komunikacja.

Responsibilities

• Przygotowywanie zamówień sprzedaży w SAP i ich rejestracja w CRM.
• Wystawianie faktur zgodnie z warunkami i ceną z zamówień/zgłoszeń.
• Tworzenie umów w systemach CRM i wsparcie odnawiania umów.
• Tworzenie zapotrzebowania zakupowego i terminowa dystrybucja faktur do klientów.
• Ścisła współpraca z Account Managerami i lokalnym zespołem obsługi klienta.
