Job summary

KION Business Services Polska, part of the KION Group, is seeking a Sales Back Office Junior Specialist in Kraków. The role involves handling sales orders in SAP, issuing invoices, creating contracts in CRM, supporting renewals, and coordinating with Account Managers in a cross-cultural team.

Responsibilities

• Preparation of sales orders in SAP system within target and tracking it in CRM systems.
• Issuing invoices accurately reflecting terms and price from orders/tickets requested.
• Contract preparation and creation in CRM systems.
• Supporting of contract renewals creation.
• Purchase Requisition creation.
• Timely distribution of invoices to customers via correct communication channel.
• Close cooperation with Account Managers, local customer service team.
