For our financial department we are currently looking for (Senior) Key User Management Accounting, who will play a key role in KION’s global business transformation initiatives, with a strong focus on Management accounting Join KION Business Services and shape the intelligent supply chain solutions that power everyday life!# **We offer:*** Possibility to participate in building Financial structures in Kraków* Hybrid work & Flexible Working Hours* Private medical care in LuxMed Group* 4 hours off work per year for health check-ups ("Dzień na U")* MyBenefit Cafeteria Platform (with Multisport card available)* Group Life Insurance* Employee referral program* Professional training & courses* Sharing the costs of foreign language courses* No dress code* Possibility of growth inside an organization# **Tasks and Qualifications:****Your Responsibilities:*** Provide first‐level support for all SAP S/4HANA Management Accounting–related user questions and incidents.* Support month-end closing preparation by ensuring all prerequisites are in place; execute and monitor month-end closing activities; report results to local entities and the GPO organization.* Support the GPO organization in meeting Business Transformation (BT) program timelines and deliverables.* Ensure high-quality Management Accounting master data, e.g., cost center creation and governance via MDG, activity types, activity rates, internal orders and allocation cycles.* Document processes, test cases, defects, and work instructions to ensure global, consistent knowledge transfer.* Identify process gaps and propose continuous improvement initiatives in Management Accounting.* Support data migration activities for CO master data and transactional data during rollout waves.* Collaborate closely with IT and external partners (e.g., Accenture) to ensure correct system behavior and alignment with business requirements.* Contribute to KPI tracking and continuous improvement within the controlling function.* Act as a bridge between business and IT, translating controlling needs into system requirements.**Your Skills and Expertise:*** Successfully completed a degree in business administration, information technology or a comparable course of study or comparable training with an interest in IT/digitalization.
