Job summary

KION Business Services Polska is hiring two Accounts Receivable Assistants for a hybrid role in Kraków, Poland. The positions offer part-time hours and an opportunity to gain experience in accounting and SAP in a multinational environment.

Responsibilities include analyzing customer accounts, issuing invoices and credit notes, processing bank statements, and generating simple reports while meeting deadlines. English is required; Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail.
• Good English communication; Spanish is a plus.
• Proficient MS Excel skills; willingness to learn SAP.
• Student status and availability at least 20 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Analyze customer accounts and support AR processes.
• Issue invoices and credit notes; process bank statements.
• Create and generate simple ad hoc reports.
• Support senior team members in daily tasks and period-end closings.
