Job summary

Unique People is seeking a part-time customer support specialist to assist users across email, chat, social media, and phone. You will mediate between buyers, sellers, and logistics partners to resolve tickets and maintain an excellent customer experience.

The role is remote across Poland with onboarding training onsite in Wroclaw. Ideal candidates have Hungarian at C1, English or Polish at B2, and strong written communication.

Qualifications

• Part-time availability (~20 hours per week).
• Hungarian language proficiency at C1 level.
• English or Polish proficiency at least B2 (training and systems are in English).
• Strong written communication and attention to detail.
• Availability to participate in onboarding training onsite in Wroclaw.
• Reliability and a positive attitude.

• Support platform users via email, chat, and social media channels, and handle post-sales phone inquiries.
• Mediating between buyers, sellers, and logistics partners to resolve tickets swiftly.
• Build a positive brand image and deliver an exceptional customer experience with every contact.
