Expect clear written communication and a friendly, reliable attitude while helping customers with international football event inquiries. Experience in customer support is welcome but not required; training is conducted in English.

Qualifications

• Availability for part-time work (~20 hours/week).
• Hungarian language proficiency at least C1.
• English or Polish proficiency at least B2 (training and systems in English).
• Strong written communication and attention to detail.
• Reliability, engagement and a positive attitude.
• Onboarding training onsite in Wroclaw.
• Previous experience in customer support is welcome but not required.
