Job summary

HeadHR is seeking a skilled software engineer to support production and testing environments, turning client needs into scalable solutions. You will design and maintain components and infrastructure, ensuring stability across platforms and coordinating with global teams.

The role requires Linux expertise, hands-on software engineering, and proficiency in Python, Bash, and possibly Java. It offers hybrid work in Wroclaw, strong compensation, equity incentives, and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent practical experience.
• Hands-on software engineering experience.
• Strong Linux expertise and experience in DevOps or programming roles.
• Proficiency in Python, Bash or Shell; Java is preferred.
• Clear communication skills and experience in client-facing or collaborative matrixed environments.
