Job summary

Corning Incorporated is seeking a customer support specialist in Poland. You will promptly process inquiries about quotes, orders, status, and warranties, and resolve day-to-day problems using phone, email, and CRM tools.

Build expert knowledge of Corning products and processes to address questions, communicate issues to engineering via SAP, and maintain strong relationships with customers while staying current with industry trends.

Qualifications

• Must have strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Self-starter who can work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient with search engines for task execution.
• Experience with MS Office.
• Tech-savvy with an interest in new technologies.
• Familiarity with Service Cloud, SAP and AI technologies is a plus.
• Fluent English; other European languages beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Process inquiries regarding quotes, orders, status, complaints, returns, and warranties.
• Resolve day-to-day customer problems via phone, email, and CRM tools.
• Build knowledge of products and processes to answer inquiries effectively.
• Communicate product issues to engineering and product teams (via SAP).
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely issue resolution.
• Research using available resources to provide comprehensive responses.
• Manage assigned accounts and maintain relationships with customers.
• Engage customers in a friendly, professional manner to deliver positive experiences.
• Attend product training to stay updated on industry trends.
