Job summary

Corning Incorporated in Poland is seeking a bilingual Customer Service representative to support Asia-based inquiries, process quotes, orders, status, and returns with accuracy.

Fluent Polish and English are required; Vietnamese is a plus. A Bachelor’s degree, strong communication, initiative, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment are essential.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers: handle quotes, orders, status, complaints, returns and warranties.
• Resolve day-to-day problems with customers via email, phone, and CRM.
• Build expertise on products and processes to address inquiries effectively.
• Communicate product issues to engineering and product teams via SAP/CRM.
• Coordinate with Sales, Technical Support and other departments to resolve requests.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers: Can work flexible hours (6 am–3 pm or 7 am–4 pm shift) to support customers in Asia. Promptly, professionally, and accurately process inquiries regarding quotes, orders, status, complaints, returns, and warranties
• Resolve day-to-day problems with customers via email, telephone and our Customer Relationship Management tool(s)
• Build expert, dynamic knowledge of the company\'s products and processes to effectively address customer inquiries
• Communicate product failures to engineering and product development teams via SAP
• Coordinate with Other Departments, such as Sales, Technical Support, Product Line Management, Data Management Organization, etc., to ensure that customer requests are handled effectively. Ensure timely notification, action, and resolution of customer issues
• Conduct research using available resources to provide comprehensive and satisfactory responses to customer questions
• Develop and maintain strong working relationships with external customers, managing assigned accounts as necessary
• Engage with customers in an inviting, friendly, and professional manner, creating positive relationships and ensuring exceptional experiences
• Attend necessary product training classes to enhance product knowledge and stay up to date with industry trend

Requirements

• Fluent Polish and English language skills (both written and spoken)
• Vietnamese language skills
• Bachelors Degree
• You are a born ‘detective’ and love paying attention to details
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with customers
• You are a self-starter who takes initiative and thrives in a fast-paced environment
• Confident utilizing search engines to get a task done
• Experience with MS Office Technology enthusiast
• Familiarity with Service Cloud and SAP is a plus
• Strong ability to learn and work independently or collaboratively with minimal supervision
