Job summary

Corning Incorporated is seeking a full-time 12-month program participant to support the Customer Operations team in Poland. You will collaborate with production planning and logistics to ensure on-time deliveries and independently manage a client account.

The role requires strong English, MS Office skills and a proactive, detail-oriented mindset. You will work in SAP and Service Cloud environments and contribute to reports and order processing.

Qualifications

• Very good command of English – work in an international environment.
• Higher education or final years of study.
• Knowledge of MS Office 365 tools.
• Willingness to learn and proactivity.

• Willingness to work full-time for 12 months.

Responsibilities

• Daily support of the Customer Operations team
• Collaborate with production planning and logistics to ensure on-time deliveries
• Independent handling of a selected client account
• Prepare summaries and reports
• Verify and process customer orders
• Participate in meetings
• Work in SAP and Service Cloud environments
