Job summary

Brown Brothers Harriman (BBH) in Kraków is seeking an experienced Client Service Subject Matter Expert - Custody (grade 7). You will act as SME for custody and account processing, serving as primary contact for clients and internal teams on complex inquiries.

You will support the Supervisor, coordinate with internal teams, and help deliver timely resolutions while contributing to policies and controls and leveraging Excel for data analysis.

Qualifications

• BS/BA degree and/or equivalent work experience.
• 3–5 years related custody experience.
• Experience in a client servicing environment.
• Proficiency in English.
• Ability to prioritize and resolve client needs quickly.
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Good working knowledge of Excel.

Responsibilities

• Serving as a key point of contact for clients and internal teams on daily servicing inquiries.
• Using relevant internal technology solutions to manage client requests effectively and efficiently.
• Participating in the coordination of new business and product implementations and conversions.
• Reviewing client feedback and inquiries to identify trends, using these insights to find gaps, train clients and internal teams, and propose solutions that reduce errors and inquiries.
• Supporting management in implementing policies, procedures, and controls.

This is an expert-level role at grade 7. The Client Service Subject Matter Expert - Custody is the go-to expert for custody and account processing activities. In this role, you will serve as a primary point of contact for clients and internal teams on complex inquiries and escalations. You will support the Supervisor in resolving inquiries and act as a knowledge resource for team members, providing processing expertise and back-up as needed.

What we're looking for:

• BS/BA degree and/or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum of 3 to 5 years related custody experience.
• Prior experience working in a client servicing focused work environment.
• Proficiency in English language.
• Ability to prioritize and quickly resolve client needs.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize assignments and work quickly and accurately in a deadline-oriented environment.
• Ability to communicate effectively with both verbal and written skills.
• Good working knowledge of Excel.
• Analytical ability.
• Proactivity, and objective oriented.
• Strategic thinking.
• Enthusiastic leadership skills and ability to engage other.
• Working knowledge of custody account opening process is a plus.
