Qualifications

• BA/BS or equivalent combination of experience and/or education required.
• Strong written and oral communication skills, ability to convey information clearly to clients.
• Highly organized, detail oriented, and capable of handling multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Review and maintain tax documentation for custody clients.
• Understand regulatory and withholding tax environments for assignment countries.
• Perform account reconciliations and collaborate with Tax Research.
• Review client information changes and coordinate resolutions with analysts and managers.
• Solicit new documentation and renewals in collaboration with client service teams.
• Escalate issues to mitigate risk for BBH and clients.
• Assist with system changes testing and business requirements.
• Participate in client projects and due diligence visits.
