Job summary

GE HealthCare in Poland seeks a Clinical Education Specialist - CT to provide formal technical and clinical training to customers who purchased CT products. You will deliver on-site education, post-sale support, and product demonstrations at pre-sale activities and congresses.

Responsibilities include showing CT features, delivering software and application training, and ensuring customer satisfaction while supporting commercial teams with training insights and tools.

Qualifications

• Qualified radiographer or Master's Degree in Radiography / Medical Physics / Biomedical Engineer or related with advanced experience working clinically within CT devices.
• Willingness to travel 70-80% of time and be on-site at customer locations.
• Fluent in English and Polish.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Proven client-facing experience in a solution-based environment.

Responsibilities

• Providing technical and clinical information by demonstrating the full range of CT product features and benefits.
• Developing, coordinating and delivering product training on software and CT applications.
• Monitoring and controlling customer satisfaction through continuing education trainings and performance optimization.
• Supporting trade shows and conferences with product demonstrations and customer training.
• Using product knowledge to assist commercial and marketing teams in developing sales tools.
• Providing post-training reports and regular feedback to Sales and Service organizations.
