GE HealthCare in Poland is seeking a Field Service Engineer responsible for installation, configuration, maintenance, and repair of ultrasound equipment, ensuring regulatory compliance and optimal performance across multiple sites.

You will perform on-site servicing in the Pomeranian Voivodeship and adjacent regions, train healthcare staff, document work activities, and use remote diagnostics to speed repairs. Fluency in English and Polish is required.

Competenze

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field (or high school diploma with extensive field experience).
ECT program completed or foundational Field Service experience; ultrasound/PCS is a strong asset.
English and Polish language proficiency for conversations.

Mansioni

Installing and configuring ultrasound equipment; maintaining fleets.
Performing on-site preventive maintenance and corrective repairs of moderate to complex nature.
Conducting testing, calibration and basic root-cause analysis to ensure optimal performance.
Training healthcare staff on operation and basic troubleshooting.
Capturing and maintaining accurate work documentation including debriefing and parts ordering.
Leading communications with customers and acting as escalation point for concerns.
