Job summary

GE HealthCare in Poland is seeking an energetic Sales Leader for Digital Patient Care Solutions portfolio to drive growth across hospitals and public health segments. You will lead end-to-end sales, build strategic relationships with CIOs and hospital groups, negotiate large deals, and travel up to 70% to establish GE HealthCare as the preferred partner in Poland.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, healthcare, technology, IT or another relevant field.
• Proven experience in managing public tenders and framework contracts within digital healthcare.
• Significant experience in solution selling in healthcare IT in Poland.
• Strong track record in selling medical devices in Poland is a plus.
• Strong relationships with CIOs in public and private healthcare institutions.
• Fluent in Polish and English, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Sell and represent GE HealthCare’s PCS including Digital PCS and related solutions in Poland, covering the full sales cycle from pre-sales to closing.
• Attain financial objectives: orders, revenue, and gross margin.
• Establish and grow strategic relationships with hospitals, hospital groups, government bodies, and GPOs.
• Position GE HealthCare as partner of choice through compelling offerings.
• Drive market visibility and funnel development across short, mid and long term.
• Lead the Digital PCS Poland sales team and collaborate across functions to deliver value.
