Job summary

Capgemini is seeking a CSR communications and project coordination assistant to support our Corporate Social Responsibility team in Poland. You will help craft materials, support volunteering programs, and coordinate initiatives across internal stakeholders and external partners.

This role focuses on English and Polish communications, event organization, and day‑to‑day administration, with a hybrid work setup and opportunities to learn through training tracks and buddy programs.

Qualifications

• Interest in CSR and people-focused initiatives.
• Fluent English and Polish with strong attention to detail.
• Background in English/Polish philology, linguistics, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Create communication materials for CSR projects (newsletter content, intranet posts, simple graphics).
• Support employee engagement initiatives through communication and project activities.
• Contribute to volunteering and educational initiatives across CSR pillars.
• Assist in planning and coordination of CSR projects and campaigns.
• Build and maintain relationships with internal and external partners (NGOs, schools).
• Support day-to-day team activities and administrative tasks (online/offline).
• Help ensure engaging communication across CSR initiatives.
• Collaborate with team to deliver projects aligned with CSR goals.

Your role

Join our Corporate Social Responsibility team and help create positive impact for people, planet, and society. In this role, you will support communication and employee engagement initiatives, contribute to volunteering and educational programs, and collaborate with internal stakeholders as well as external partners. You will gain hands‑on experience in CSR, communications, and project coordination while helping bring meaningful projects and campaigns to life.

• Create communication materials for CSR projects, including newsletter content, intranet posts, and simple graphic assets.
• Support employee engagement initiatives through communication and project activities.
• Contribute to volunteering and educational initiatives across the Inclusive Futures, Positive Futures, and Sustainable Futures pillars.
• Assist in the planning and coordination of CSR projects and campaigns.
• Build and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners, including NGOs and educational institutions.
• Support day‑to‑day team activities and administrative tasks in both online and offline environments.
• Help ensure effective and engaging communication across CSR initiatives.
• Collaborate with team members to deliver projects aligned with CSR and employee engagement objectives.

Your profile

• Genuine interest in Corporate Social Responsibility and people‑focused initiatives.
• Very good command of English (C1) and Polish (C2 or native), combined with strong attention to detail.
• Studies or educational background in English Philology, Polish Philology, Linguistics, or experience in a related field.
• Collaborative mindset, sense of ownership, and ability to independently drive tasks to completion.
• Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive attitude, willingness to learn, and readiness to support a variety of projects and activities.
• Nice to Have:
• Interest / experience in environmental topics
• Experience in creating communication materials or organizing events.
• Graphic design skills (experience with tools such as Canva).
