Capgemini Polska is seeking a seasoned frontend developer to join cross-functional teams. You will work on end-to-end enterprise applications using Angular, TypeScript and RxJS for desktop and mobile support, collaborating with UI/UX designers and business analysts.

The role emphasizes Agile practices and learning with AI-assisted coding tools. We offer a hybrid work model, strong learning opportunities, and access to extensive internal communities and training tracks.

Qualifications

• 4-5+ years of experience in developing web applications with desktop and mobile support.
• Strong skills in Angular, TypeScript, RxJS.
• Good knowledge of HTML5, CSS3.
• Excellent Git proficiency and testing practices.
• Familiarity with Bootstrap and Angular Material is a plus.
• English and German at least B2.

Responsibilities

• Participate in end-to-end enterprise application development across front-end and back-end layers.
• Analyze, design, implement and test software with Agile and Lean practices.
• Create specifications and documentation from business requirements.
• Possibly lead a small development team.

Your role

Our cross functional teams of developers, UI/UX designers, business analysts and project managers are responsible for end-to-end enterprise application development process using various modern technologiessuch as front-end (angular- and react-based), mobile applications (iOS and Android) or low-code platform (Salesforce & Dynamics365).They are highly independent, capable in Agile Process and Lean Software Engineering practices. Your project

Digital Customer Experience (DCX) helps global brands as well as public organizations to understand and implement the right mix of business focused digital capabilities and innovations following “Customer-First” approach to address both organization and customer needs.

• Involvement in development and maintenance of IT systems according to clients’ needs using the best praxis and design patterns.
• Depending on projects requirements analysis, design, implementation and finally testing and deployment of deliveries.
• Creating specifications and documentation for the business requirements and implemented features.
• Possible leading a small development team.
• Using modern development tools and practices, including AI-assisted coding tools and coding agents where appropriate, while maintaining responsibility for code quality, security and technical decisions.

Your profile

• At least 4-5 years of experience in developing web applications with support for desktop and mobile and highly developed skills in the following technologies: Angular, TypeScript, RxJS.
• Experience with HTML5, CSS3.
• Very good knowledge of versioning system GIT.
• Ability to write unit test and E2E tests.
• Bootstrap, Angular Material, NgRX (would be an advantage).
• Good command of English and German (min. B2).
• Team leading experience (as a great advantage).
• Interest in AI-assisted software development and a willingness to learn how coding agents can support activities such as implementation, testing, code review, documentation and technical exploration. Previous experience with these tools is welcome but not required.
