Job summary

Kraken Pro is seeking a results-driven individual to build and scale a KOL/creator network across Spain and the Iberian region. You will own end-to-end relationships with creators, source to activation, and drive trading user acquisition through influencer partnerships.

You will represent Kraken Pro’s derivatives suite, including perpetual futures, margin, and prop trading, while solving on-the-ground execution issues. Fluency in Spanish is essential and crypto experience is valued.

Qualifications

• Proven track record building an influencer network in Spain/Iberia.
• Fluent Spanish (Portuguese a plus) with deep knowledge of local crypto creator ecosystem.
• Experience acquiring trading users at scale with attention to CAC.
• Hands-on, get-it-done approach, solving problems on the ground.
• High agency and ownership of regional strategy.
• Understanding of perpetual futures, margin, and prop trading products.
• Comfortable operating in a fast-moving crypto environment.
• Strong relationship-management and negotiation skills with creators.

Responsibilities

• Build and scale a KOL/creator network in Spain/Iberia for Kraken Pro.
• Drive new trading user acquisition through influencer partnerships.
• Own end-to-end relationship management with local KOLs from sourcing to activation.
• Represent Kraken Pro’s derivatives suite to regional creators.
• Fix on-the-ground execution issues and iterate for performance.
• Set regional KOL acquisition targets and CAC efficiency.
• Partner cross-functionally with growth, marketing, and compliance.
• Benchmark and adapt a proven KOL playbook.
