Job summary

Quadient is seeking a Lead Solution Architect for the CRM Domain & Agentic AI to shape the future of our Customer Experience ecosystem in Poland. You will own the architecture vision, roadmap, and governance across CRM platforms, collaborating with business and IT leaders to drive transformation and value.

You should bring hands-on experience with Salesforce and Microsoft Dynamics 365, plus expertise in Agentic AI within CRM, TOGAF or equivalent frameworks, and strong stakeholder influence

Qualifications

• Proven experience as Domain/Solution/Enterprise Architect or Senior Technical Lead focused on CRM.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce and Microsoft Dynamics 365.
• Experience with Agentic AI within the CRM landscape.
• Experience designing CRM architectures, integrations, and transformation programs.
• Knowledge of enterprise architecture frameworks such as TOGAF.

Responsibilities

• Define architecture strategy and roadmap for Quadient’s Customer Experience domain, including CRM platforms and related applications.
• Lead CRM ecosystem evolution and transitions while preserving business value and continuity.
• Design end-to-end architectures across business, application, data, and technology layers.
• Establish governance, standards, and best practices for scalable, secure solutions.
• Translate customer/employee journeys into architecture requirements with stakeholders.
• Drive innovation using automation, AI, and Agentic AI within CRM.
