Job summary

Accenture Poland is seeking an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Manager to lead the strategy, implementation, optimization and ongoing management of Dynamics 365 CRM solutions. The role covers end-to-end deployments across sales, marketing, customer service and field service, with a strong emphasis on transformation and governance.

You will mentor CRM consultants, partner with senior leaders to drive automation opportunities, and support recruitment and development within the CRM team.

Qualifications

• 8+ years with Dynamics 365 CRM in enterprise environments.
• 3+ years managing CRM teams, programs or large transformations.
• Strong governance and change-management knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Dynamics 365 CRM implementations, enhancements and upgrades.
• Drive CRM transformation initiatives across sales, marketing, customer service and field service.
• Partner with senior stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvement and automation.
• Advise leadership on CRM best practices and emerging technologies.
• Lead and mentor CRM consultants and analysts.
• Support recruitment, onboarding and professional development within the CRM team.
