Job summary

RISK inc in Warsaw is seeking a creative CRM Marketing professional to design, implement, and optimize multi-channel communications for core and VIP segments. You will build engaging campaigns that drive retention, reactivation, and user value while collaborating with analytics and product teams.

The role focuses on developing VIP programs, testing new promo mechanics, and automating campaigns based on performance metrics such as MAU/DAU and retention rate.

Responsibilities

• Develop, configure and launch promotional, trigger and transactional CRM communications.
• Develop existing channels and identify new communication channels.
• Segment users, work with cohorts and different audiences.
• Prepare and launch CRM campaigns for VIP segment.
• Participate in developing VIP program with VIP team.
• Work with metrics Retention Rate, Reactivation Rate, MAU, DAU, Bonus Rate.
• Develop and test new promo mechanics.
• Analyze CRM campaign effectiveness and provide recommendations.
• Formulate and test hypotheses to improve product metrics.
• Automate successful campaigns and processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Разработка, настройка и запуск promotional, trigger и transactional CRM-коммуникаций.

• Развитие существующих и поиск новых каналов коммуникации.

• Сегментация пользователей, работа с когортами и различными аудиториями.

• Подготовка и запуск CRM-кампаний для VIP-сегмента.

• Участие в разработке VIP-программы совместно с VIP-командой.

• Работа с метриками Retention Rate, Reactivation Rate, MAU, DAU, Bonus Rate.

• Разработка и тестирование новых промомеханик.

• Анализ эффективности CRM-кампаний и подготовка рекомендаций.

• Формирование и проверка гипотез для улучшения продуктовых метрик.

• Автоматизация успешных кампаний и процессов.
