Job summary

RISK is seeking a Product Lead to drive the strategy and execution of iGaming products across multiple markets. You will mentor Product Managers, shape roadmaps, and ensure alignment between business goals and technical delivery.

You will partner with cross-functional teams to turn business needs into actionable product initiatives, leveraging data analytics and experimentation to optimize performance and growth in a fast-paced, global environment.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership in Product Lead or equivalent roles.
• Strong iGaming product management background.
• Experience with third-party B2B platform solutions.
• Experience mentoring Product Managers.
• Expertise in product strategy, roadmaps, and prioritization.
• Analytical skills with product metrics, A/B testing, and hypothesis validation.

Responsibilities

• Drive product roadmap planning, prioritization, and execution across multiple initiatives.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a Product Lead, Group Product Manager, Head of Product, or similar leadership role.
• Strong background in product management within the iGaming industry.
• Hands-on experience managing iGaming products or brands built on third-party B2B platform solutions.
• Demonstrated experience leading, mentoring, and developing Product Managers.
• Solid expertise in product strategy, roadmap planning, and prioritization.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in product metrics, A/B testing, and hypothesis validation.
• Experience managing cross-functional initiatives and aligning multiple stakeholders.
• Ability to translate business objectives and customer needs into actionable product initiatives.
• Strategic mindset combined with strong execution and problem-solving skills.
• Proactive, results-oriented leadership style with excellent communication and decision-making abilities.
