Job summary

Accenture PLC is seeking Consulting Professionals to design, build and implement strategies that enhance business performance. You will assess end-to-end D365 processes, define user personas and journeys, and work with sales to optimize pricing and discounting structures.

Qualifications

• Progressive experience in D365 projects across geographies/business units
• Strong ability to define user personas and journeys in enterprise systems
• Experience delivering global B2B transformation programs
• Knowledge of BI tools and data-driven improvement approaches
• Proven capability to work with leadership and stakeholders for change readiness

Responsibilities

• Assess end-to-end D365 processes to identify gaps and define target state processes
• Define user personas and user journeys
• Collaborate with sales and commerce teams to optimize pricing and discounting strategies
• Support leadership in securing buy-in for transformation initiatives
• Deliver insights and recommendations leveraging Power BI and BI tools
