Accenture Poland is seeking a senior consultant to work with clients on Microsoft Dynamics 365 implementations, driving end-to-end transform in B2B contexts. You will design and configure D365, map processes and user journeys, and collaborate with sales and commerce teams to optimize pricing and discounting.

Formación

• 5+ years of sector/consulting experience in Energy, Life Sciences, Automotive, High Tech, Resources or Financial Services.
• Functional experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 processes for B2B industries.
• Hands-on experience configuring D365.
• Deep functional and implementation experience D365.
• Experience delivering global B2B transformation projects.
• Knowledge of D365 and exposure to Business Intelligence Tools such as Power BI.
• Experience working on a Business / Operational Transformation project.
• Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem‑solving environment.
• Bonus: Certification in Microsoft Dynamics 365.

Responsabilidades

• Provide design, functional support for Microsoft Dynamics 365.
• Assess end-to-end D365 processes to identify gaps and help define target state processes.
• Define user personas and user journeys.
• Work with sales and commerce to optimize pricing and discounting.
• Facilitate leadership’s involvement and buy-in for change readiness.
