Job summary

InPost Group is seeking a CRM Operations Specialist to configure and automate our CRM platforms across markets. You will design scalable processes, ensure data quality, and support cross-functional teams in the UK, France, Italy, and Iberia.

This role centers on transforming operational workflows into reliable CRM configurations. The ideal candidate has 2–4 years in CRM administration, strong automation skills with Zapier/Make.com, and fluency in Polish and English.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of CRM administration or operations experience (HubSpot, Pipedrive, or Microsoft Dynamics 365)
• 2+ years building workflow automations with Zapier, Make.com, or similar tools
• Solid grasp of data hygiene, deduplication, and integration concepts (APIs, webhooks)
• Fluent in Polish and English – strong written and spoken
• Degree in Business, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent hands-on experience

Responsibilities

• Administer and configure CRM platforms (HubSpot, Pipedrive, Dynamics) – pipelines, objects, roles, permissions
• Design and maintain automations and integrations using Zapier/Make.com and Google Cloud Platform
• Translate deployment workflows into structured CRM logic
• Own data quality across markets – audits, deduplication, field validation
• Build dashboards and reports tracking pipeline activity and KPIs for international stakeholders
• Gather requirements from teams across markets and translate into scalable CRM configurations
• Maintain documentation, playbooks, and training materials; support onboarding and queries
